White trash heaven
My daughter and her boyfriend were thinking of buying a house here and eventually paying it off and moving it to a property after its payed off. After checking out this place we decided to stay away. The homes are very poorly remodeled. Many of them are 20 years or more. There is no shade trees and the rent is 100 dollars more than a much nicer park yards away. The office is unkept, and the gal I talked to seemed shady. No thanks. We could afford a mortgage for 400$ less monthly.

Con job
I agree with the other people. This place is nothing but a con job targeting young folks with bad credit. My daughter and I looked at one of their homes this week and was amazed at how poorly it was remodeled. The property was totally unkempt and the manager was trying to beat us out of money from the start. No way!

Pack of theives
They lied to me about every aspect of our business relation. This place is a con job. The owners are dishonest and the manager is a retarded con man.

Park review
I can't think of one reason anyone would buy a home here. Most of the homes are old and very badly remodeled. There are no shade trees, the general areas are unkept. I think the manager may be mentally challenged. Not to mention the rent is a hundred dollars more than both other, nicer parks in town.

Review
I would not buy a home from this place. They are trying to sell poorly remodeled homes for new prices. The park is very poorly maintained and I didn't find the manager creditable. Several places looked like drug dens. The lake they advertise is far away from park and looked dangerous and unkept.
